  Sork Company manages properties as diverse as nationally anchored shopping centers to local, stand-alone buildings.  We provide full service management of your property including: computer based up-to-date financial data providing over one hundred available reports including financial statements, cash flow analysis, lease summary, property profile, cam charges, budget preparation, and more.

We provide regular and frequent on-site inspections for the physical management of the property.  We negotiate and administer service contracts to provide cost and performance efficiency.

 
 
 

 
2. Landlord & Tenant Representation
 

  Sork Company has been representing Landlords and Tenants for over twenty-five years.  We commit the time necessary to negotiate knowledgably and aggressively to achieve the best results for our clients.  We cooperate with all major real estate brokerages to facilitate the process of obtaining the best, most profitable results for our clients.

3. Development
 

  Sork Company develops properties for clients including retail centers, restaurants, single-family homes, condominiums and apartments.  Recognizing that the planning stage of development is the most critical, we work with the client to establish realistic, profitable results that reflect the client's current and long term desires.  

 
4. Consulting
 

  Many of our clients require input on their properties on a limited basis as opposed to continuous, long term management.  We provide consulting services for clients based on specific planning, contractual, or feasibility needs that are required for the management and/or development of the property.  

 
5. Tenant Improvements
 

  Sork Company manages Tenant Improvements in facilities ranging from large department stores to small retailers.  This includes all aspects of the improvements such as roofs, structures, walls, HVAC, electrical and more.  We work with the landlord or tenant to plan, negotiate, contract, and construct the improvement in a timely and economical manner.
